Whichever stage of Motherhood you're in, whether their naptime is your free time, you're a busy mama running a home or a working mum making it all work, Kindful Mums offers you a range of services, each designed with the lives of busy mothers in mind.

LIVE, VIRTUAL MEDITATION SESSIONS - WHEREVER YOU ARE

It's not always easy to find the time to join a meditation or sitting group in person, that is if you're lucky enough to have one nearby.

Kindful Mums offers you online, virtual and live mindfulness and meditation sessions over Zoom so you can practise with others at your convenience.

These sessions are just 20 minutes and include guided meditations, space for reflection and connection - all with a qualified mindfulness teacher.

When you buy a bundle of 10 or 20, you can then join any of the weekly 20-minute group sessions.

Hi, I'm Gill. I'm the Founder of Kindful Mums, a qualified Mindfulness and Self-Compassion Coach and a certified Motherhood Studies Practitioner.

If you're looking for more tailored support, my remote 1:1 coaching provides a 3-month programme tailored to your specific needs. 

Areas of focus include: building self-awareness, attention training, stress management, working with challenging emotions, increasing resilience, finding more self-compassion and exploring empowered mothering practices.

If you're a complete beginner, I have a Beginner's Bundle which includes a 'Mindfulness for Beginners Workshop', a 90-minute 1:1 Zoom session with me and a pass for 5 of the 20-minute meditation sessions.

I believe something powerful happens when we meditate together.

While meditation apps and practising alone can be really convenient, my vision is one where we come together to cultivate new skills, connect with and support each other as we navigate our way through Motherhood.

And, quite often, having a group to join can really help with that outer accountability to keep up a mindfulness practice and put your intention into action.
